My Wellbeing is designed to help you find balance during your hectic university life. Wellbeing is a measure of how well we function day to day and how we feel about ourselves and our lives as a whole.
The My Wellbeing app. is all about giving you practical tools to take control of your own wellbeing. It will help you manage your daily activities, and develop habits that are proven to promote happiness. Our six key “ways to wellbeing” are:

BE HEALTHY
With the MyWellbeing dashboard, you’ll have information at your fingertips, including strategies to reduce stress, meditation tutorials, and timetables of activities available on campus from yoga to mindfulness seminars.
